My card information was stolen and it was spent on apple.com I would like to know if anybody can help me figure out who did it or can guide me the way to figure it out. It was all the money I have.

Fraudulent charges need to be reported to your bank. Was your physical card stolen? If so report it to your bank as stolen immediately

Now make sure that family member NEVER has access to your card or other sensitive information. And do change your passwords. I would also get a different card in case the thief wrote down the card number.
We are all other users here. You need to contact the police and report the theft.
Which card was stolen? Report the theft. Then order a new card and change all of your passwords.
I found out who stole the money it was a family member and I have disputed all charges and the money is being returned to my card
