How do I turn off the passcode on an iphone?
I also need to know how to set up a new e-mail address on the phone.

You add a new email account in Settings>Passwords & Accounts>Add Account. If your provider is listed, tap on it and follow the prompts. If it is not listed, tap on Other and enter the information.
To turn off the passcode go to Settings>Face ID and Passcode or Touch ID and Passcode. Enter your passcode, and turn it off in the next screen.
