My Apple ID locked and wrong birthday on file.

So I’ve been locked out of my main apple account for the past 5 months. The main problem is I have been locked out for security reasons and to verify my account i am prompted to submit my birthday. However, it says my birthday, which has normally worked for years, is “not the correct information” on file. I’ve called apple 5 times and they told me they can’t do anything and to keep trying different birthdays until it works. I literally don’t know what to do to get back into my main account. I’ve tried the “I forgot“ and it prompts me to verify my birthday to get anything changed. I’ve also tried resetting my phone back to factory settings and I have to be logged into my account to turn of “where’s my phone.” I can’t even sign out on my phone without first signing in. I have no idea how to get back into my main account. Please help.

And you may need to see If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201485

Before trying to answer your security questions is very important that you think about your questions, including your birth date, and their answers carefully and try to recall all details you can. If you don't answer them correctly enough, then you easily can lose control of your account.
