Says not enough storage . What do I do

Not enough storage. I deleted a bunch of stuff and bought more storage and it still says not enough storage help

The message/notification could either be related to a lack of iCloud storage (see first link) or to a lack of device storage (see second and third links).

I’m having same issue. I have 430 GB of space on my iPad and 1.5 TB in cloud. I want to import 2 GB of photos. As often happens the response given by zinacef and others is useless.
