Storage glitching my phone

Hi, so I have an Iphone X, and most other Iphone user, I have had my fair share of storage issues, but never like this. I have deleted 90% of my apps and relocated all of my photos into the storage app my mobile provider(Sprint) offers. I have deleted the photos from my recently deleted. I have cleared caches, deleted large attachments, and done just about every trick out there. Nothing. Still no storage. Most of my storage used is "other" so I wanted to do a reset, so I went to backup my stuff, and the backup was unsuccessful. Now normally I don't complain about storage, but it is glitching my phone out to the max. None of my apps names are showing, my texts aren't sending, every time I open apps, they act like I just downloaded them, asking for location and other permissions. My phone is connected to wifi but none of my apps work, basically, my phone is hot garbage and useless all because of this. I honestly don't know what to do, all the apps left on my phone are apps I absolutely need. I am so lost and frustrated with apple. Any advice?
