How do I control my iPad from my iPhone? I don’t understand switch control
when I clicked control device it was already selected but didn’t let me choose any device. I also didn’t get the same results as in then photos

You cannot control iOS devices between one another.
This is not possible.
The Accessibility Switch Control feature is for some sort of external switch device/mechanism, like an external, wireless foot switch or other wireless switch device.
NOT for use with another iOS device.
