Doing an Internet search for an iPhone model A1662 confirms it as an iPhone SE which should update to the current iOS version of 13.6.1. See if this helps at all: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263
What does it say when you go to settings, general, software update? Have you tried to update it through your computer?
The A 1662 iPhone SE was released in 2016 and yours is still running the original software. The current one is iOS 13.6, which that iPhone can run.
It looks as if the phone has not been used -- not for 2 months but perhaps 3 years or so or it would have been updated.
