unable to power on

My MacBook Pro won’t power on. I’ve completed all the recommended troubleshooting steps. I’ve tried all the charging ports. I’ve held the power button for 10 seconds.

Thanks for the suggestion. With this COVID situation, there are only 3 stores in the Phoenix area who can provide troubleshooting. It is almost impossible to get a support slot which means it will not be ready for a college start in two days. I chose instead to take it to a local repair shop, unauthorized by Apple, but whom at least could see me. They diagnosed the issue as a mother board problem and are trying to repair. I'm grateful to have a good, local option to get me back up and running.
