Cant able to use eSIM

I had deleted my eSIM profile. again i am not able to add the esim profile why what is the reason? What i have to do now?

eSIM profile issued by your carrier can only be added once on a device. If you need to add again contact your carrier and request for re-issue of the eSIM.
