What is "Other" in storage?

System is using 5.56gb

Other is using 13.07 GB what is this

iPhone 7, iOS 13

"System" occupation is quite normal.

As far as "Other" is concerned, see this:--> Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

When I delete or make space in my iPhone by deleting photos videos or a app

the space used by other is increased

few days ago other uses space was 9 gb

The new iOS 13.6.1 should correct that behavior (as per the article I posted).

Connect your iPhone to a reliable and fast Wifi Network, plug it to power, then go to:

Settings>General>Software Update.... and tap Install now.
