When I delete or make space in my iPhone by deleting photos videos or a app
the space used by other is increased
few days ago other uses space was 9 gb
The new iOS 13.6.1 should correct that behavior (as per the article I posted).

How can I download iOS 13.6.1
Connect your iPhone to a reliable and fast Wifi Network, plug it to power, then go to:
Settings>General>Software Update.... and tap Install now.
