I have illimited cellular traffic but Iphone tell me thet I must connect to WiFi network for updating O.S. o for upgrade apps with sixe > 200MB.

For me that have illimited cellular traffic and no wifi is an issue.

Wifi connection with Internet access is mandatory to update an iPhone.

If you do not have a Wifi connection, borrow one from your friends, or go to a public place covered by wifi facilities.
