Please help I have an iPhone 7 Plus and want to mirror the iPhone to a PC or Laptop. I've been looking for ways on various websites, one of which is on phoneranx, but still can't. If anyone wants to help me tell how then I am very grateful.

There is no easy way to mirror to a PC.
You will need a third party App that can act as an Airplay receiver as explained in the link you posted.
