You need to make refund requests directly to Apple.

Others have answered one interpretation of the question.

There is a second, and longer-term interpretation here.

Apple does not offer refunds on boyfriends.

You’ll want to upgrade to one that is willing to pay for their errors, rather than placing that cost on you.
