Subscription without my consent

I downloaded an App “PDF hero” free App from Apple store which comes with 3 day trial, I only make use of it the very day I downloaded it, after-which I forgotten about it, then yesterday I receive debit alert of 14,622 from my bank that I’ve paid for the year subscription. I contacted the App developers “Apalon” and Apple team for immediate refund of my funds, but the App dev. Are saying they can’t get me a refund that I have to contact Apple Team, While When I tried to get refund from Apple it’s saying I can’t be refunded. I’m calling on Apple to help consider my case and refund me back my hard earned money. Thank you

This is a user to user support forum. No one here has access to your account.

The subscription was with your consent, you downloaded the trial app and didn't cancel the trial before it converted to a paid subscription. That was consent.

Apple has given you your answer, no one here can change that.

You should cancel the subscription before your are charged again;
