Everyday at exactly 3am my wifi cuts out

Everyday at 3 am the wifi on my iPhone 6s cuts out for some apps and the wifi returns at 6 am. If I am watching a video on YouTube it’ll buffer but once I rejoin the wifi YouTube and instagram work however most of my other apps act as if I have no internet but the wifi symbol still shows full bars. Snapchat doesn’t work neither does, Reddit, twitch, Facebook, Twitter and even mobile browsers all of them say they can’t find servers. This doesn’t seems to be a problem with the wifi as it’s only my device experiencing this and I have already asked my internet provider and they are dumbfounded by this issue it cuts out like clockwork and it’s super frustrating for almost all apps except YouTube and Instagram to act as if I have no internet sorry for the paragraph tried to stuff as much info as possible if you have any solutions to this problem please help I can answer anything
