Hi,
My Mac Book air suddenly stopped charging. I've tried restarting. The battery shows a constant 9% while on power, but the power light on the charger isn't showing. It isn't a problem with the charger as it works fine with another mac.
If neuroanatomist's link doesn't help, you may need to check the Battery Health on your Mac (requires Catalina 10.15.4 or above). If it shows as Normal, the charging port may be the issue.
System Preferences > Energy Saver > Battery Health... > Battery Condition
