Iphone 7S 32GB

I am having a terrible time with my phone. It will not stay connected to Wifi. It tells me I am out of storage and I have deleted and cleaned many items up. I have backed up to cloud....Is or has anyone experience the same issues?

Check Settings, General, iphone storage

Scroll to the bottom

If Other is large, like 5GB or more then

see
