Update Error

I was updating my iphone XR from iOS 13.5.1. to iOS 13.6.1 from desktop but after firmware updating, I received an unknown error and because of which my iPhone stopped updating. I tried to restart my phone but it is not getting restart. Please help

What is error (14)? Trying to update my old iPhone 6s so i can back up the information on it. Message said it could not update after putting iOS 14.2 on phone it said it could not update and is stuck in recovery mode. "The iPhone could not be updated an unknown error occurred (14)."
