how can i use my a4tech pk-910h with mac mini on OS X el capitan 10.11.6?
System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Camera > check Apps that need access

Is it possible that the camera is covered by thin plastic wrapping? Does the mic work? Have you tried another port?
The a4tech pk-910h is not Mac compatible and there are no macOS drivers.

If you can not see it in System Preferences, with Image Capture, PhotoBooth, QuickTime or FaceTime, then send/take back, sell or give it to someone with a PC and consider getting a Mac compatible Logitech.
i tried accessing system preferences>security & privacy but there's no camera option. Camera was detected as it is shown in the hardware list upon checking system information
i tried running the Photo Booth and the screen is just black. camera was detected and was shown in the hardware list, just can't use it.
