I have a problem with my iphone. since last week whenever I call someone my phone doesn’t ring, but when someone calls me it does ring. I tried googling some solutions, and I tried to fix things in the settings and turn on the ringer, and turn off the do not disturb mode but nothing is working

iphone wont ring xr my iphone xr won't ring most of the time. it's not on do not disturb, the half moon is not on. i miss sooo many important calls because my phone won't ring. can someone help?

Are you saying that when you call someone you can't hear any sound from the earpiece?

Should be this case, contact your carrier and explain your problem.

no not from the earpiece, when i call someone with or without headphones it doesn’t ring at all
