Siri can't hear me in my Xs Max

Software version is: 13.6.1

Try 1: Settings>Siri and Search> Listen for "Hey Siri"; Result = "Siri could not get that... Try again"

Try 2: Pressed side button; result = Siri came, but cant hear me.

Try 3: (Having headphone inserted) Pressed side button; result = Siri came, and worked perfect.

Try 4: Settings>Accessibility>Voice Control> On Voice control; Result = Blue microphone appear at top left, but doesnot take any command. Sometimes this found this sign black and crossed when open the Voice Control.

Additional Information: Using GBoard keyboard i can open mic and can write sms only by syaing it. So, my mic receiving is okay. there is no mic issue during call or sound recording.

Please help me with a solution. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply.

First I tried this link: If Siri or "Hey Siri" isn't working

Followed everything... No change in result.

Moreover, i could not found: Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management in my Xs Max as you have suggested to find the profile settings.

Not to mention again: GBoard is working fine with writing through voice command.

What else i can try?
