If you mean so you don’t have to enter a passcode or touch/face ID, don’t do it. But if you really want to put your personal data at risk go to Settings/Touch ID (Face ID) & Password and you can find an option to turn off all security. This will disable many features of the phone, including Health, Wallet, Keychain and any app that has any personal data.
If your phone has a company email account on it you will not be able to disable the lock screen.
