My phone is glitching.

My phone has lost an enormous amount of storage due to the last system update. Now majority of my apps won’t download, I have no space at all, and even text messages and call are being effect. How do I fix this?

Hey there shawanda81,

We understand that your iPhone has low storage after an update. We'd like to help.

Which version of iOS are you on? We ask because the latest release is iOS 13.6.1, and this version has a fix for some storage issues.

If you haven't already, let's back up and update to that version. Use the steps here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're unable to update due to storage, let's reference these steps: Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad

And if still happens, reach out to us here: Get Support

We hope this helps! Cheers.

Hey Joseph!

Thanks so much for reaching out. Yes I got the issue resolved on yesterday. I called Apple and a tech helped me. I did end up having to do a factory reset and then restore from a earlier date. I think it was the last update that was giving me the issues. There was a significant amount of storage being taken up by “other”. But we fixed and I’m back in business!

Thanks so much!
