Hi I’d like to know why I cannot play Fortnite on my phone
Apple pulled it from the App Store due to a dispute with Epic games about how payment is being handled.

Because Epic games broke the rules of the App store.
If you had it installed you can use it but it can't be upgraded.
I believe if you already have it on your iPhone and have been playing it then it still works. Have you tried?
