can you mirror Apple TV to i phone

I have 4th gen ATV. I know you can mirror I phone to ATV, but can is it possible to mirror ATV to i Phone. Example, my family is watching a movie at home and I am on lunch break. Can I jump in and watch what they are for a few minutes?

If I recall correctly, Netflix has some sort of set up for watching "with" other people. But, I think you have to log in through a computer on both sides. Sorry.
