Trying to set up new ipad

I got as far as verification code. But I did not receive code. It’s probably being sent to broken iPad !!!!

Apple ID I had an iphone 6s which broke down. I bought the iphone 11 and when i put in my apple id and password it says that its sending me a verification code but nothing comes up on my iphone 11 and it wont let me proceed without it. Is there any other way to get my code?
