No Service

my iPhone is showing no service. I have turned it on and off, then tried aeroplane mode and finally checked for any cellular updates and nothing is working. What can I do to fix it?

My iPhone 7 is showing "no service" My iPhone 7 keeps showing that I do not have service. It tends to go in and out, and sometimes I have to restart it, remove the sim card, or reset the network settings in order to get service back. Can anyone help me?
