Special keys remain appear on screen?

So I accidentally spammed all of my keyboard when the screen was off because I thought it wouldn't turn on. But now I have this weird issue where my special keys (shift, fn, ctrl, optn, etc.) appear on my screen when I press on them, and if I press the key twice, it remains pressed and the key becomes highlighted on my screen.

Anyone know what setting this is, and how I can turn it off?

Check your Accessibility preferences, it sounds like you turn on a special feature in that area.
