What different phone services? Be specific. If the OP can get access to a computer with a current version of iTunes it is an easy fix. If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
You can't, you will either have to make a Genius Bar appointment (click on the Contact Support link on the top right of this page) or use a friend's computer that has iTunes.
I had the same problem, I brought it to all different phone services and it couldn’t be fixed, you should probably get a new one.
I think all different phone providers, such as Verizon, etc. they had recommended people to my dad but nothing worked
