How can I export my songs/photos that are already on my iPhone to my new Mac?

If you use iCloud for Photos and Music on your iPhone then things will be very easy. You can setup your new Mac with the same Apple ID that you use on your iPhone and turn iCloud. The synching process should start automatically after that.

If you do not use iCloud for Photos and Music then let us know and we can provide the process to export the Media.
