Recover an accidentally deleted comment from a shared album

Hello everyone.

We have a shared album where my wife posted photos for each month of the first 12 months of our two sons.

At each milestone, my wife added a comment about what they were up to and new things there were doing.

My wife was just trying to copy her comment from our youngest’s 1st birthday. The delete button was accidentally hit, and the comment has disappeared! From everywhere.

I am wondering if these comments are possibly cached on the phone or on our computers someplace, and I might be able to recover it.

Also, Apple, why is there no undo button or a confirmation request?
