Email address to report misleading and scamming emails

Does anyone know what email address to use to report an icloud email address that is sending scamming emails ? This address "sirtl3ab@icloud.com" is sending emails that look like they originate with Netflix but are in fact attempts to gain access to one's credentials. I would like to report it to Apple but can not find an email address to do so.
