If Apple is charging you for something it was authorized, either:

  • by you, and you forgot
  • by someone you share an Apple ID with
  • By a family member if you have enabled family sharing
  • By someone who hacked your Apple ID

For this last case only see—>If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

To jog your memory review your purchase history—>See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it is a recurring charge it might be a subscription. See—>See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

I am a user like you. I don’t know who you are. I have no access to your account. I can’t refund anything. This is a user-to-user forum.

You can easily stop any future charges by simply changing your Apple ID password—>Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

But the rest you will have to do yourself, as no one in this user-to-user forum can do it for you. What you can do is contact iTunes Store support. Use the Contact Support link at the top of this page and navigate the menu to iTunes Store support.

I recently got separated from my wife. I been getting charge extra on my credit card. I didn’t purchase what they saying I did. I would like a refund. Back. Not sure if it was her or a third party hacked my phone. At times you go into one page which leads you to another app and another app. Next thing you know you like 4 5 apps deep. Not fair for people like me. Not good enough for these smart phones.

My credit card keeps getting a %59.99 charge that I have not authorized. What is Apple trying to charge?

Any amount that Apple charged you was authorized. Either by you, someone you share an Apple ID with, or a member of your family if you have enabled Family Sharing.

Here is an Apple support link that explains how to find out what the charge was for—>If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
