Emails? Just delete them if yes. But, what do you mean your Apple ID has to mails from your ex? Are you concerned that she has signed into your account? If yes, and you can do so, Check your Apple ID device list (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064) and remove any device that shouldn't be signed in using the steps in the link.
