[Looking for help] 2018 iPad Pro screen broken

My friend's new iPad Pro faced a super wired screen broken. First she noticed her apple pencil didn't get charged, then fond the whole iPad was bended——without any crush or hurt, use it VERY normally—— and the screen at the touch place with pencil was raised!! The screen start breaking!

We went to the apple store genius bar to seek for help, but they do not admit its a quality problem, they told us " never heard of, you can create a Guinness World Record if its an non-man-made damages " and the warrant service do not provide the screen broken repair... It really hurt us, we swear we never did such damages to the iPad!

We fond there's also a people in China faced such problem, it means we are not the only one who is so unlucky!

Do anyone faced the same problem? Or what should we do to for this QUALITY PROBLEM!!
