My photos on iCloud??
Seems a while back my fam uploaded around 1200 images off my 'ol iPad2 to iCloud. Simple question but now how can I get them? When I go into Settings and then iCloud I do not see nothing that says Photos?

On your iPad, those photos will be in the Photos app on the device.
