Why isn’t the new iPhone taking calls but my old one is

how do I finish the transfer of one iPhone to another. All data is transferred but the actual phone(calling and receiving) doesn’t work on new iPhone

You need to transfer the sim card from your old iPhone to your new one, or depending on your carrier, you may need a new sim card.
