Use the Music app and TV app, Instead

iTunes is not used in macOS 10.15 Catalina and thereafter.

Music App Vs TV app:

• Music is played with the Music app
• TV Shows and Movies are played with the TV app

If you are using MacOS Catalina, you can’t install iTunes.
