Why does my new phone say no service

can Anyone help me on why my new iPhone doesn’t let me text and says no service at the top, ive already connected it to WiFi so I know that’s not the problem

iPhone – Won’t activate.

iPhone/iPad - No Service or Searching.

iPhone - If you can't make or receive calls
