Hey Kingston210!

It appears you've been unable to repair your Macintosh HD. We'll do our best to assist with this!

First, if there is any way you can boot up the Mac, we'd back up anything important before you proceed, we'd encourage you do so: Back up your Mac with Time Machine

Make sure you are doing this from macOS Recovery as outlined in this article: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery

When you go to the Apple menu > About this Mac for the serial number. Does it match the same serial number from the Finder > Applications > Utilities > System Information > under the Hardware section?

If they don't match, then we'd recommend bringing the Mac in for an inspection: Find Locations

In case you can't boot up normally, we'd ensure that you were following these steps to run First Aid on that drive: How to repair a Mac disk with Disk Utility

If both System Information and the About this Mac serial numbers match, then we'd use Apple Diagnostics to see if there are any potential hardware issues: How to use Apple Diagnostics on your Mac When you run the diagnostics, there may be some errors. This can help to identify those errors and it provides a solution on how to handle them: Apple Diagnostics: Reference codes

Wishing you the best!
