Approving a new IPad
My new IPad keeps telling me I need to get it approved on another device that is signed onto ICloud. I have another IPad that has ICloud on it, but I don't know how to get the new IPad approved.

I obviously don't know how to get a two-factor identification code. My old IPad is asking me to put in my password for my Apple ID, which I did, but it's telling me the password is incorrect, which it is not. It's the same one I used to sign in here.
Well, you haven’t told us about the old iPad. Perhaps its iOS is very old. Perhaps it had used a different Apple ID.

The old IPad was just updated to IOS 12.4.8 within the last week. I did have an old password for my Apple ID for the old IPad, but I set a new one when I got the new IPad. And it won't take the old password either. I read the article, and I'll see if I can figure something out from that.
