I was wondering if Apple can fix my bottom speaker grills they look like they need to be re glued

It is not something Apple will fix. I would ignore it as all Apple will offer is an out of warranty replacement with a small discount.
Looks like you could clean the phone.
One is more recognizable then the other but both of them are able to move up and down I just want get it fix if possible so no damage can be done if something did happened
Can you post a photo? I wasn't aware any glue was involved.
