My dad died and no one knew his password to his iphone 6s. We don't need to get into his phone we just want to restore the phone so we can use it. I went through the whole protocol to 'restore' the phone to original settings but after waiting 15 minutes for restoration it simply went back to his old 'locked' screen asking for a password
