I bought a new a phone tonight. It is updated and backed up from previous phone. But my network settings aren’t working.

Call your cell service provider.
No network at all. I have no VPN I’ve messaged 3 different apple customer service people they all disconnected on me. I followed all the instructions as far as turning phone on and off taking SIM card out making sure phone isn’t on do not disturb. I’ve tried it and I still can’t get service
What network settings? What isn't working?
it’s telling me I can add a configuration but I have no clue what I’m doing
