New update 13.6.1 Problems

The phone is was normally work fine , then realized a new update 13.6.1 Came up , so I decided to install it , it was about 100 mb , so after installing update the phone immediately restarting and still keep restarting himself, besides, Sometimes a phone enters normally, but when you restart the problem the problem returns and does not disappear until it randomly logs in after six hours or more

Rights now i can’t shutdown o restart my phone , The problem really stresses me out
