Green Tint on my iphone x

There is a green tint on my iPhone X along with a permanent green/black bar on top right side of my display. It came out all of sudden. It kept disappearing after some time and comes back again. Clearly this is a software issue since Apple acknowledged it. Fun fact is that even though the green bar persistent and visible, the green tint is visible in low brightness or dark mode. Am out of warranty and is apple intentionally doing this ? Cozz they are known for such bad practices in the past. Iam getting helpless and keep waiting for updates where none worked. Actually in some update ios destroyed the display. What can i do now. I know that changing the display of a 2.5 year old Iphone for a bigger cost is ridiculous and it might wont fix it as i have seen many new iPhone users also experiencing this.

I am experiencing the exact thing as well. Have you found any fix? I haven’t dropped the phone or put it under water... I have it on iOS 14.2

HAVING THE SAME ISSUE NOW! IM NOT ALONEE!! HOPEFULLY THIS IS JUST A SOFTWARE ERROR NOT SOME HARDWARE, BC IT WOULD CAUSE A LOT OF MONEY TO REPAIR THIS ISSUE

Same issue never expected it from Apple I only bought the iPhone thinking about its superior built quality and would be long lasting but just in 2 years usage it has gone to ****

This is not a result of over heating or something. Its definitely a software issue which apple hasn’t been able to resolve with ios13.6.1. I am having the same issue since last 4-5 days. Didn’t expect this from apple.

its a bug that need to be taken care. Alot of people are facing this issue as the latest update could not resolve the issue.

Phones can go wrong for no reason. iphones usually last longer than mostd maybe 3 years, sometimes more, but a few don’t. If it is out of the 12 months warranty or 24 months Applecare+ then paid for repair is the only option. We strongly recommend Apple for screen repairs.

Seriously this happened to my iphone x too just yesterday. I didn’t drop it, in fact I was using it when it suddenly went green like this. I’ve restart it, force reboot, update to latest ios and nothing worked. Is this a software or hardware issue? Repairing the display will cost me $400 so I think it’s not an option
