iPhone virus

I think I may have a virus because I went to an unsecured website but I didn’t give any personal information and I think I may have it because my apps would crash frequently , photos or screenshots wont save sometimes , my photos wouldn’t be in my gallery but then they’ll come back , and I can’t download apps because it says my storage is full but I never had that problem until now. Any ideas on what it could be and how to fix it ? I cleared my safari history multiple times and I restarted my phone by turning off the power multiple times and it will still bug
