iPhone Volume Sync

I have iPhone Se first gen [IOS 13.6.1] and Bluetooth Speaker Blaupunkt BT 52 BK with volume and playback controls. All the controls work perfectly with Android devices [Samsung A50] i.e. If i change the volume from Phone then it also changes on the speaker.

But when i connect my iPhone then the Bluetooth Speaker Volume is not controlled from iPhone. When I increase the volume on iPhone then it just increases the phone bluetooth volume and it ignores the speaker volume. I have to increase or decrease the volume from Bluetooth Speaker control.

Am I missing any setting?

I am not able to control Bluetooth Speaker volume from iPhone. Works well with Android.

Hi iPhoneSeLover,

We see you're having an issue with your iPhone controlling the volume of your Bluetooth speaker. We would recommend forgetting the speaker and connecting it again to see if the issue continues. You can learn how to do that here: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You'll specifically want to follow these steps:

"Unpair a Bluetooth accessory

To unpair a Bluetooth accessory, tap Settings > Bluetooth, find the device you want to unpair, and tap the info button , then Forget this Device. This will remove the accessory from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

To add the Bluetooth accessory to your device again, place it back in discovery mode and repeat the steps above to pair it."

Also, have you checked with the manufacturer to make sure that all its features are compatible with the iOS software? We would recommend starting there since you haven't experienced this issue with another system.

Take care.
