Do updates without Arcade opt-in

I want to update an existing app via the App Store. Now this Arcade Popup is blocking me from it. I don't want or need Arcade and its data collection. How can I opt out of it and still continue using the App Store to do my update?

Open the App Store, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

Any opening of the App Store wouldn't let me do anything except click "Continue" on the Arcade announcement.

In the end I accepted the Arcade terms because it was so annoying.

Unfortunately I didn't save a screenshot.

How can I adjust/retract my agreement to T&Cs and data collection with this Arcade thing?
