I have a question.

Everytime I want to update my credit card I can't, because it always says that my card was declined and I need to update it or add a new payment method. I have money on my card and I have valid credit card.

See If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005. To resolve this, add a new payment method or update the billing information for your current payment method.
